Wetting and Dispersing Additives

TEGO^® Dispers

TEGO^® Dispers wetting and dispersing additives promote pigment wetting and stabilization and thus prevent floating, flooding and settling of pigments. Additionally, they provide low viscosity and maximum color strength. TEGO^® Dispers 741 W, 750 W and 755 W are recommended for the manufacture of waterborne pigment concentrates while TEGO^® Dispers 650, 652, 653 and 656 are recommended for the manufacture of universal pastes for waterborne and solventborne formulations.
Solventborne coatings can be particularly well formulated with TEGO^® Dispers 656, 670 or 685.
For UV systems, TEGO^® Dispers 685 is recommended for all pigment types and TEGO^® Dispers 688 for matting agents.

TEGO^® Dispers 660 C and 662 C are so-called compatibilizers. They help to improve pigment paste absorption and compatibility during tinting.
All TEGO^® Dispers products are alkylphenol ethoxylate-free.
